Ordering

​

To place your wholesale order, please email me a completed copy of the Wholesale Order Form or simply send an email with your order details and I will provide you with an invoice. NOTE: You must submit a copy of your tax ID prior to receiving wholesale pricing.

Payment Options

​

I accept check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Payment in full is required prior to your order being shipped unless other arrangements are made.

​

Minimum Order

​

For your first order, I require a $400 minimum purchase with payment made in full before items are shipped. Subsequent orders must total $250 or more. Payment can be made on net 30 terms pending credit approval after your 4th order. I recommend ordering a minimum of 10-12 pieces to create a cohesive collection that makes an impact when displayed.

Shipping

Once I receive your order, I will send an email to confirm the details. Turnaround time is 4-6 weeks (unless otherwise specified). I ship via USPS Priority Mail insured, or I will personally deliver if local. Overnight shipping is available upon request. Your shop is responsible for all applicable shipping and insurance charges.

Special/Custom Orders

​

If you see a piece of art or jewelry on my website that is not included in the wholesale catalogue or if you prefer a different color or style, I may be able to accommodate your request at wholesale pricing. I welcome special projects, custom orders, and private label designs. Please contact me to discuss details and pricing.

Returns

​

If you are not happy with your purchase, I'll try to make it right. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Please contact me to arrange for your return prior to shipping any package back. Your return will be processed as soon as I receive it. All returns must be prepaid, insured, and shipped via a major carrier. Shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded.

Repairs

​

If part of a jewelry piece breaks or no longer functions (clasps, chains, etc.) during normal wear, I will fix it free of charge (not including shipping fees). This does not cover damage incurred from being dropped or otherwise mishandled. I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company.

Copyright does not transfer with purchase of art. Client has permission to display the art for retail sale, private use, or to share for promotional purposes with attribution to the Artist. Any reproduction of the work, especially for profit or commercial use, is strictly prohibited.
